• Cash orders and deposits charged .65 cents per strap

Requires the appropriate non profit designation/registration information

• Requires $100.00 minimum deposit to open
• No monthly maintenance fee
• No minimum balance
• Signature authorization changes (1 per year at no charge) additional changes $10.00 per change
